Position Overview :

We are seeking a Landscape Operations Supervisor with strong experience in landscape construction-including hardscape and softscape installation, masonry, and concrete work. This role isn't just about managing from the sidelines-you'll be out in the field working alongside the crew, leading by example, and helping make sure projects are done safely, on schedule, and with top-notch quality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise day-to-day landscape installation operations, and job sites
• Manage crews and assist with subcontractors, ensuring proper workflow, productivity, and safety
• Oversee installation of hardscapes (pavers, retaining walls, patios, etc.) and softscapes (plants, turf, trees) ponds and pondless water features.
• Management of equipment, materials, allocation of material for proper job costing and maintaining accurate records of hours worked.
• Work closely with sales team to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
• Train and mentor crew members, promoting a culture of safety and quality workmanship
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve on-site challenges
