Role Summary : The Executive Director of the Greif Foundation will shape and lead Greif's philanthropic and community engagement strategy, advancing our commitment to create lasting positive impact. This is a highly visible role that combines strategic vision, entrepreneurial mindset, and external presence with hands-on execution.
The Executive Director will define and shape what success looks like for the Foundation, building impact measures based on best practices from leading corporate foundations. They will oversee operations, grantmaking, colleague volunteerism, and community partnerships while serving as the primary liaison to the Foundation Board. A proven relationship-builder and strong public communicator, the Executive Director will represent Greif in the community and with key partners, ensuring the Foundation reflects and strengthens Greif's values, culture, and reputation.

Compensation Range : The pay range for this position is $147,300.00 - $250,900.00. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $165,000.00 to $225,000.00. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
