Job description

A company is looking for a Coding Quality Auditor, HEDIS.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct clinical quality audits and identify issues for quality improvement within the HEDIS project

Collect and organize data from various medical records for HEDIS compliance

Perform electronic chart audits and maintain confidentiality of collected records

Required Qualifications

Technical certification / licensure in Medical Assistant, Certified Nurse Assistant, or Licensed Practical Nurse

High School Diploma or GED

3 years of medical record audit experience and familiarity with electronic medical records

2 years of experience in HEDIS, quality management, or utilization review auditing

1 year of experience in the medical field as a Medical Assistant, Certified Nurse Assistant, or Licensed Practical Nurse
