VNA Care is hiring a RN Clinical Manager for our Concord / Acton Office. Hybrid schedule, required to be on site, in Acton office, 3 days a week.

The Clinical Manager s will report to the Clinical Director and be responsible for a team of RNs, PTs, OTs, LPNs and administrative support personnel.

This role is responsible for overseeing a team of home health nurses, rehab therapists and other clinicians ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance and staff development. The Clinical Manager will serve as mentor, problem-solver and leader who inspires clinical excellence and fosters a supportive team culture.

Experience :

• Home care experience.
• 3 years clinical experience
• 1 year of leadership experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare Home Health Conditions of Participation
• Possess required knowledge, skills and abilities; proven oral and written communication skills; ability to select, motivate and retain employees, ability to effectively manage and direct others; ability to promote and participate in team efforts
