About the Performing Account Manager role:
The Performing Account Manager is a customer relationship and itinerary manager that owns the success of a performing tour from time of commitment through the completion of the tour. The Performing AM is responsible for growing the value of each account through maximizing group size and profitability, improving customer retention rates, and providing superior customer service. A Performing AM builds and maintains a long-term relationship with Music Directors to coordinate the planning of group travel, provide a high level of customer service and an unsurpassed tour product experience.
A Performing AM specializes in working with Band, Choir, Orchestra Directors from schools and community groups.
An ideal candidate has training in the performing arts, a network with music/theatre directors and a passion for creating memories for kids travel experience.
