Our firm is seeking a bilingual (English / Spanish) Case Manager to handle personal injury cases. You must have prior personal injury case management experience along with being able to handle a case file from intake to settlement to be considered for this position. A case manager is responsible for assisting clients in gathering all needed information to support their claim while maintaining communication throughout the case.

• Responsibilities :
• Schedule doctor appointments for clients
• Open insurance claims
• Open Medi-Cal / Medicare / Private Insurance Liens
• Collect all possible information, evidence and documentation that pertains to the case
• Collect and organize medical records
• Prepare files to submit to demand writers
• Manage medical treatment while providing treatment recommendations
• Client communication
• Qualifications :
