Primary Function : As a Construction Manager at ROI, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of high-voltage electrical installation projects from pre-construction through completion. Your role includes managing safety, materials, quality, schedule, estimates, costs, personnel, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage construction activities on high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, cost development, and estimating.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure materials arrive as scheduled.
• Develop and manage relationships with clients and subcontractors in the Electric Power Industry.
• Ensure all project permits are obtained as required.
• Approve and communicate project status reports and budget updates.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to implement field design changes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
