Job descriptionAssist oral surgeon during surgical procedures (extractions, implants, biopsies, IV sedation, etc.). Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments and instruments. Greet, seat, and prepare patients for procedures. Take and document vital signs, medical histories, and post-op instructions. Provide patient education and answer questions with empathy and clarity. Take digital radiographs and CBCT scans as needed. Sterilize and organize instruments and supplies; clean and reset rooms between patients. Communicate with the front office, billing, and other clinical staff for seamless patient flow. Support inventory management and ordering of clinical supplies. Compliance : Follow OSHA, CDC, and practice-specific infection control protocols at all times. High school diploma or equivalent (Required). Dental Assistant Certification or Oral Surgery Assistant training (Preferred, but not required—training available). Prior dental, surgical, or medical assisting experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate! Comfort with patient care, aseptic technique, and EMR / EHR systems is a plus. Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience. Job Type : Full-time and Part-time positions available.
