Role Overview

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable applications that underpin our platform. This pivotal role contributes to mission?critical projects that enable a truly global and transparent workforce, working across the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of complex features and applications using Python and AWS.
Develop and optimize back-end services using Python (Django, Flask).
Leverage Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud-native development, deployment, and management.
Build responsive user interfaces using Angular, React, or Vue.js.
Collaborate with product managers, UX / UI designers, and other engineers.
Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
Participate in architectural discussions and troubleshoot production issues.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of professional experience in full?stack software development.

Expertise in Python (Django, Flask) and building RESTful APIs.

Proven experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud application development and deployment.

Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Aurora) and / or NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB).

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
