F2F Interview - Full-stack java developer - Lansing, MI

Title : Full-stack java developer

Type : Contract 12+ Months

Location : Lansing, MI (Hybrid 2 days onsite 3 days remote)

Interview Process : In-person. Candidates MUST be available for an in-person interview.

This is a full-stack java developer position, exposure with front-end development is desired. The position will be supporting the Michigan Department of Transportation's (MDOT) Project Development and Maintenance programs.

As a software developer, the responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working with the project manager, application owner, and resource manager, working on an agile development team to organize work, develop, test, and deploy code. This position performs a variety of complicated tasks and may report directly to a project lead or manager. This position must have excellent communication and teamwork skills, be committed, and a quick learner.

In addition to full-stack development, this position will also work with UI / UX team members in building user interfaces and responsive applications.

Experience programming complex computer systems using JAVA, this includes using relevant IDE tools such as Eclipse / Jboss Developer Studio., Required, 3 Years.

Experience programming application user interfaces using front-end frameworks / HTML, CSS and JavaScript Required, 2 Years

• Experience programming in projects using Spring framework., Required, 2 Years .
• Experience programming in projects using JPA or Hibernate framework., Required, 2 Years.
• Experience participating as a programmer within an Agile development environment, Required, 2 Years.
• Experience programming with Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Bootstrap, Required, 2 Years .
• Experience programming with HTML5, CSS, and Data Tables, Required, 2 Years.
• Experience programming with jQuery, jQuery UI, Required, 2 Years.
• Experience programming with Oracle 12C or Oracle 19C, Required, 2 Years.
• Experience programming with React.js, Desired, 2 years.
• Experience programming in the JBOSS Enterprise Environment, Desired, 2 Years
