Job Description : The Role
We are seeking an experienced hands-on Solutions Architect to collaboratively drive end-to-end architecture solutioning for Wealth Solutions and Financial Planning and Advice Experiences at Fidelity. In this role, you will work closely with multiple teams across various business and technical domains to understand the business domain and business requirements to lead Proofs-of-Concept (POCs) and architect solutions that meet changing business priorities and initiatives while assuring adherence to Enterprise standards for application, data, platform, and infrastructure layers.
The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the Financial Services business domain and provide leadership in computing services and platform engineering to champion consolidation efforts across Fidelity Technology initiatives by driving solution adoption, tech debt reduction, and roadmap evolution in conjunction with business goals.
You will proactively facilitate effective in-person and remote engagements across hybrid teams to drive, manage, & monitor comprehensive Architectural Strategy execution. This includes, but is not limited to, Business Capability Analysis, Customer Journey Mapping, Architecture Design and Documentation, Technology and Solution Evaluations, Domain Modeling, Front-End Architecture, API Strategy, Microservices Architecture, Cloud Adoption, Automation, and DevSecOps.
In general, we are looking for a solid Solutions Architect with a proven track-record of working with multiple teams to lead and drive end-to-end architecture in a complex space.

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
