POSITION PROFILE :

Our Client is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing Cincinnati team. The Project Manager will work under the direction of the Project Delivery Manager to manage scope, schedule, and budget for multiple projects during the proposal, design, and construction phases. The Project Manager role is open to those who come from engineering backgrounds in civil, electrical, mechanical, structural or an architectural background.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Project initiation
• Develop a detailed understanding of project scope through review of RFP documents, contracts, and reviews with owner’s representatives
• Schedule and lead meetings with owner teams and design teams
• Coordinate the work of Joint Venture partners and subconsultants
• Develop project schedules – milestone and detailed
• Provide regular progress updates to owner’s representatives
• Develop project specific QC plans and ensure they are being followed by the design teams
• Coordinate the issuance of design submittals with all team members (internal and external)
• Manage distribution of construction submittals, requests for information, and design addenda
• Review client and vendor invoices for accuracy
• Ensure contract requirements are met
