Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Pathologist Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist licensed speech-language pathologists in the treatment of patients with communication and swallowing disorders. Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the supervising speech-language pathologist.Provide direct patient care, including conducting therapy sessions.Monitor patient progress and document outcomes as required.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support patient care.Educate patients and their families on communication strategies and therapy exercises.Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory and ethical standards.Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development activities.Qualifications :
Associate degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.Current certification or licensure as a Speech Pathologist AssistantStrong understanding of speech and language development and disorders.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
