Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school in Bethalto, IL is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time contract position offers an opportunity to support a diverse student population within a manageable caseload, providing both onsite clinical services and teletherapy as appropriate.

Responsibilities :

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students across grades K-12
• Manage a caseload of approximately 50-60 students presenting a variety of communication disabilities
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and comply with state and district regulations
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development activities
• Deliver services in a districtwide capacity, covering a small geographic area onsite
