Job descriptionHandle Foothills quotes and bids needed to follow purchasing guidelines. Process Foothills purchase orders and maintain accurate paper trail on all transactions for auditing purposes and accurate / current account balances on each fund. Ensure / monitor that any open PO's are resolved within 90 days. Process monthly / quarterly reimbursements for travel and cell phones. Issue payments to vendors and maintain file of paid charge expenditures to proper accounting fund. Work with payroll clerk to create 1099 forms for vendors and Contract services Assist Foothills employees with questions / issues. Foster effective working relationships between Foothills administration, staff, students, and the public. Provide general clerical support. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor / supervisors.

Position : - Full-Time Position, 184 / day -10-hour day position.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma / GED required; college experience preferred.
- Experience with accounts payable accounting software desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to be a team player required.
- Attention to detail and ability to use independent judgment and make decisions.
