Overview

As a Video Editor & Designer at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services (MREIS), you will contribute by bringing a high level of post-production experience specific to the Adobe Creative Suite. The objective is to provide unique and compelling visual solutions that develop the Matthews brand. The candidate should present new ideas clearly through design, stay current with design trends, and produce a variety of marketing materials while adhering to corporate brand standards for print and digital. The ideal candidate is hard working, highly motivated, and excited by new challenges, thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments, and has experience developing strong marketing materials for Matthews and its subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-production editing of property videos for marketing use. Post-produce videos using industry-standard software with color grading, audio, and special effects.
• Design and format digital and print marketing materials including brochures, flyers, reports, social media posts, postcards, and other collateral.
• Manage projects in a timely manner by collaborating with vendors and various Matthews departments.
• Coordinate with vendors to deliver print materials and provide a cost analysis of projected quotes.
• Conceptualize and develop graphic designs from text or verbal description.
• Coordinate production of materials including gathering printing bids, preparing artwork, and assembling final layouts for printers and other vendors.
