Anesthesiologist for Southwest Louisiana

COMPENSATION : Base $600k | TOTAL COMPENSATION RANGE $700-$800K

Role :

• Base salary : $600k
• Signing bonus : $75,000 (3 year commitment)
• No In-House call
• Bonus : 90% ASA Unit metrics met annually $25kEmployed by the Hospital
• Day, Float / Night Float system
• Average of 1 weekend call per month
• Hospital : Level III trauma center
• 2 facilities 315 bed main campus and 52 bed multidisciplinary womens hospital
• Main campus 15 ORs, 4 rooms Endoscopy suites, 1 Pulmonary suite
• Womens campus 6 ORs
• Pediatric services : Typically 3-4 wks. Is the youngest, occasionally, neonates for pyloric stenosis
• No epidurals at the main campus, all performed by CRNAs at the Womens Campus
• Surgical Case Variety : - Main Campus : General, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Neurosurgery, Urology, Cardiothoracic, Vascular, Trauma (Level III) - Womens Hospital Campus : OB / GYN, ENT, Pediatrics
• Anesthesiology team : 6 physicians and more than 25 CRNAs
