Job descriptionProvide expert nursing care in ambulatory specialty clinics, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes. Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and care teams to deliver comprehensive treatment plans. Educate patients on managing their health conditions and navigating specialty care services. Uphold Novant Health’s commitment to compassionate, high-quality care. Active RN license in North Carolina Experience in ambulatory or specialty nursing preferred Strong clinical skills and ability to manage diverse patient needs Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills Education : 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has beeninactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course. Experience : Cardiac experience in Acute or Physician Practice Setting, preferred. Licensure / Certification : Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. Additional Skills / Requirements (required) : Skills as demonstrated by the ability to operate programmers from all Novant approved vendors and knowledge of all Novant approved implantable devices including single, dual, multi-lead pacemaker; single, dual, multi-lead internal cardiac defibrillator; internal implantable loop recorders; must be able to operate, interrogate, program and re-program all listed devices based on protocols, assessment, and physician orders.
