Senior Data Analyst - Excel and Power BI Automation

Job Summary :

Eggs Unlimited is a fast-growing, family-owned company headquartered in Irvine, California. As one of the largest egg companies in the U.S., we bring decades of experience across farming, procurement, logistics, and distribution. We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst Excel & Power BI Automation to help streamline Excel-based workflows, automate data preparation processes, and deliver insightful dashboards that drive business decisions within our Microsoft Azure-based environment. The ideal candidate will be technically skilled with and bring strong expertise in Power Query, Python, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform to support data transformation, cleansing, and visualization initiatives.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute a forward-thinking technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Design and implement Power Query workflows to clean, transform, and consolidate Excel datasets.
• Develop Python scripts (using Pandas, OpenPyXL, etc.) to automate complex data cleansing and manipulation tasks.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Leverage Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to enhance data workflows and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Optimize data pipelines and ensure data integrity across systems and reports.
• Document processes, data flows, and technical specifications for future reference and training.
