Job descriptionStop pay : $11 per stop with 5-10 stops per week Drop & Hook pay : $6.00 per drop & hook Bonuses Shutdown bonus : $2,000 paid in 2 installments Safety Bonus : $250 paid 4 times per year every quarter Unlimited driver referral bonuses Paid via direct deposit weekly Benefits & Perks : Medical, dental and vision, prescription drug insurance Company paid life insurance Paid Personal Time Off Starts at Day 1 - 80 hours accrued in First Year 12 weeks of PAID Maternity Leave Immediate 401k rollover and contributions with company match at one year Uniform & Boot Allowance Quality Employee Discounts Ryder will buy your truck if you're looking to switch from Owner Operator to a Company Employee DriverHome Time, Route & Schedule : Start times Must be open to AM or PM based on bid system Monday – Friday; Some Saturdays Route : IN, IL, AR, MO, KY, TN No Touch freight –Auto Parts Equipment : Dry Van 53' with swing doors Manual and automatics 24 / 7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide Qualifications Minimum 21 years of age Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR 5 years' experience within the last 10 years Pass a Ryder Drug Test Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years Pass a DOT physical Pass a Ryder road test Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and / or procedures Must live within 30 miles of Princeton, IN Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace. - Weekly Guaranteed Pay : $1,360
54 CPM with 2,500 miles per week
Sign on Bonus : $2,000; paid out 1 / 2 at 30 days 1 / 2 at 90 days
Great company benefits starting after 30 days
DO NOT LOSE Paid Personal Time Policy - Ryder encourages you to use Vacation Time earned. If you decide not to use it – Ryder will pay you the remaining balance at your hourly pay rate.
