The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling inquiries via phone and e-mail, processing customer requests accurately, promptly and efficiently, as well as resolving issues; all by following defined procedures, using analytical and critical thinking skills as well as exercising some independent judgment.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Answering inbound calls, emails and text messages from customers
- Partner with our customers and other departments to resolve issues
- Process customer requests, including new service, scheduling services, etc
- Make outbound collection calls, emails and text messages
- Able to think fast, find answers and respond quickly to customer inquiries
- Must be able to multi-task, maintain organization and complete tasks
Qualifications :
Proper telephone and email etiquette is a mustHigh School Diploma or equivalentReliable transportationExcellent time management skillsStrong computer skills, including the ability to master new systems and to enter data quickly and accurately, filing documents, updating customer profiles / accountsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBilingual Preferred (English & Spanish a PLUS)Company Description
