The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling inquiries via phone and e-mail, processing customer requests accurately, promptly and efficiently, as well as resolving issues; all by following defined procedures, using analytical and critical thinking skills as well as exercising some independent judgment.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Answering inbound calls, emails and text messages from customers
  • Partner with our customers and other departments to resolve issues
  • Process customer requests, including new service, scheduling services, etc
  • Make outbound collection calls, emails and text messages
  • Able to think fast, find answers and respond quickly to customer inquiries
  • Must be able to multi-task, maintain organization and complete tasks

Qualifications :

  • Proper telephone and email etiquette is a must
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong computer skills, including the ability to master new systems and to enter data quickly and accurately, filing documents, updating customer profiles / accounts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual Preferred (English & Spanish a PLUS)
