LHH is working with their agency client looking to add a passionate and data-driven Paid Media Analyst to support paid media initiatives. This role involves maintaining, collecting, and analyzing campaign data to uncover insights and drive performance improvements. Key Responsibilities : Collect, organize, and analyze large-scale data from media platforms to evaluate campaign performance.
Lead regular reporting efforts to generate insights across multiple accounts and deliverables.
Identify trends and correlations in data to recommend optimizations for paid media campaigns.
Contribute to the development of a data strategy roadmap, aligning with evolving team needs and industry best practices.
Support the migration of data systems to more advanced tools to enhance data quality and analysis capabilities.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in data analytics.
Proven ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations based on trends and correlations.
Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and macros.
Experience compiling large datasets into clear, actionable reports for non-technical audiences.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and external partners.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to translate raw data into meaningful insights and support media planning efforts.
Experience in paid media (agency or in-house).
Familiarity with Python and / or SQL is a bonus.
