Job descriptionExcellent company culture with high retention rates / low staff turnover Family oriented environment Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment and resolve issues. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. 5-10 years of experience Proven experience managing construction projects in the property and construction industry. Must have commercial and / or multifamily project experience Commutable to Manchester, NH Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and resources effectively. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and team collaboration. Familiarity with construction regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance practices. Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation efficiently. A proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability to handle project challenges.
