The Project Manager - Construction out of Manchester, NH will :
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment and resolve issues.Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets.Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.Maintain accurate project documentation and records.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Construction out of Manchester, NH should have :
