Technical Support Technician

CTG is seeking a Technical Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support across manufacturing, engineering, and support teams. You’ll ensure test processes are manufacturable, repeatable, and meet high-quality standards, supporting IBM processes and customer requirements.

Location : Poughkeepsie, NY

Duration : Ongoing contract

Key Responsibilities :

Support fabrication and fulfillment test processes, ensuring quality and repeatability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvements and resolve technical issues.

Maintain accurate records and report process or technical concerns.

Requirements :

Manufacturing experience with knowledge of power / mainframe hardware and test applications.

Understanding of manufacturing processes, logistics, and inventory control.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing conditions.

High school diploma required; technical certifications or associate degree preferred.

Physical Requirements :

• Able to sit or stand for extended periods; occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
