Early Autism Services (EAS), a pioneer in providing comprehensive, evidence-based treatment for children with autism, is seeking a dedicated Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role involves leading a team of dedicated therapists and implementing custom behavioral analysis programs to enhance the lives and outcomes of children under our care. In this capacity, you will be pivotal in upholding our commitment to precision, compassion, and transformative care. Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children with autism. Supervise a team of ABA therapists; oversee their work for fidelity to our therapeutic standards and protocols. Collect, review, and analyze behavioral data to measure the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments. Lead caregiver training sessions to ensure a cohesive approach to therapy across all environments the child encounters. Maintain regular communication with families, providing updates on progress and strategic guidance on managing challenging behaviors at home. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations concerning behavioral treatment. Participate in ongoing professional development to ensure treatment reflects current best practices in ABA. Proven expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapies with specific focus on pediatric clients. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a capacity to adapt strategies to individual cases.
