JOB SUMMARY
/ RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provides potential living donors and living donors (potential LD / LD) with a clear understanding of his / her rights and with the opportunity to discuss any concerns or issues related to kidney donation.
- Represents and advises potential LD / LD; promotes his / her interests.
- Ensures that the rights of potential LD / LD are protected and that the donor’s decision is informed and is free from coercion.
- Performs duties and responsibilities in accordance with regulatory requirements, and established department and The Queen's Medical Center (QMC) polices and procedures.

A. EDUCATION :
High School diploma or equivalent.B. CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE :
No certification and / or licensure requirement.C. EXPERIENCE :
One (1) year experience in client / patient confidentiality preferably in a health related field or social service setting.Demonstrated ability to speak, write and understand English fluently.Demonstrated ability to use computer for data entry.
