Job Summary :

The primary focus of this role will be on performing on-site document scanning services and image editing at our customer locations, ensuring that all scanning projects are executed on time and meet the highest standards. This role has hybrid flexibility, and it involves repetitive tasks editing images, quality control, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting other projects when not scanning.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform document scanning tasks efficiently and accurately, ensuring high-quality scanned images.
• Work closely with project managers and customers to ensure timely execution and completion of scanning tasks, maintaining project schedules.
• Maintain an inventory of customer documents using Microsoft Excel.
• When not scanning on-site, assist with quality checking and correcting scanned images, uploading files to servers, and indexing / tagging images.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
