To maintain the integrity of all building systems, operate the building in an efficient manner, and perform a variety of tenant services.

Desired Competency, Experience and Skills :

(Minimum requirements include at least 4 of the following : )

• Comprehensive training and certification in HVAC or Operating Engineering Technologies and / or equivalent job related training and experience
• SMT / SMA certification or enrollment in program
• Universal CFC certification required
• Minimum of 10 years of field experience
• Continuing education in field
• Comprehensive skills for solving technical programs
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong computer skills necessary to operate and diagnose problem associated with Building Automation Systems
• Advanced knowledge of OSHA, NEC and NFC codes and regulations
