Automotive Assistant & Service Managers

Tuffy Tire is proud to join the Mavis Tire Family. We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Toledo, OH area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assistant Manager

Supports the Store Manager to ensure the location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Enforces established policies, procedures and standards; schedules mechanics / technicians; manages outside orders; ensures quality and timely completion of jobs; meets customer expectations; ensures the safety of team members.

Assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under-car repair services. Directs the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians to deliver timely, high-quality repair and maintenance. Drives sales initiatives, communicates with customers, assesses needs, provides information on repairs and maintenance, and ensures customer satisfaction and in-store experience.
