Role Summary
The Creative Store Experience Leader is a visual merchandising expert supporting regional, district, and store teams. They take a forward-thinking approach to customer experience, space allocation, merchandising, styling and display to drive sales and engage the customer in our retail spaces.
Role Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Partners with the field teams on the creation of an engaging experience that appeals to the Anthro customer
- Leads and supports visual initiatives & direction to evolve the retail experience
- As the brand experience, product categories, and omni-channel capabilities expand creates an environment that provides an engaging and personalized experience for each customer
Leadership + Team Management
Advises store leadership in maintaining a visually compelling store to drive sales and meet budget while upholding presentation standards and high level of craftPartners closely with store and district leadership to plan and execute projects; Prioritizing the overall store & visual team objectives (including display & merchandising team / s). Provides examples of high-level visual executions to share within the districtIdentifies and trains others in preparation for career progression; mentors store leadership to develop visual acuityVisual + Business Operations
Aligns with Home Office visual team to apply visual direction in store, without reinterpreting direction, based on individual store product mix, layout, & volumeCollaborations in merchandising & display planning process through sharing of inspiration, idea generation, sketching, & store bubble planning; supports the District Manager by mentoring other teams within the district through this processPartners with creative experience team leader, District Manager, & Senior Display Artists to align on visual priorities, workshops, & initiatives within store & districtCommunication + Relationships
Builds and maintains productive partnerships contributing to a culture of strong communication and teamwork while being open and responsive to feedbackProvides feedback & direction to store team with high-level approach to shop placement, product presentation, styling, & marketing placement; provides examples of your approach in these areas with District Manager, for mentorship & development for store teams in the district and / or regionDemonstrates adaptability by redirecting merchandising priorities as needed to work through problem-solving scenariosRole Qualifications
Anthro brand fanStrong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial resultsProven experience in concept planning and executionExperience with floor planningAbility to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidaysProven record of developing great talentOccasional travel requiredThe Perks

Pay Range
USD $85,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 / Yr.
