Construction Project Manager - Ground Up

Overview

AECOM Tishman is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Northern, VA to support our exciting construction project for our technology client.

We are a global team delivering infrastructure solutions that help people and communities thrive. Our work spans from design and engineering to program and construction management, on projects that create a tangible impact around the world.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.
• Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
• Position has significant profit / loss responsibility for assigned construction project.
