About the Role

We're looking for a Billing Specialist to join our Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) billing and auditing team in Gainesville, GA. In this role, you'll review and analyze carrier freight bills, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely and accurate customer billing. This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with a background in logistics, auditing, or billing operations.

What You'll Do

• Review and analyze carrier freight bills for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with internal teams and carriers to resolve billing issues and secure required documentation
• Identify and correct potential errors or duplicate billings
• Support efficient billing processes from freight bill receipt to customer payment
• Maintain service quality and ensure customer satisfaction throughout billing cycles
• Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot billing and documentation gaps
• Proactively recommend process improvements for billing accuracy and timeliness
