Job Overview

This job opportunity offers an engaging community-based practice model situated within a multispecialty building, facilitating easy access to specialists. Providers can choose between working 32 or 36 patient-facing hours per week, with an average workload of 18-20 patients per day. Clinic hours run Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. The clinic boasts a team of twelve providers, comprising 9 Internal Medicine Primary Care Physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers, providing a supportive and collaborative environment. A shared light call schedule ensures minimal after-hours work, with telephone calls managed by RN triaging at a ratio of 1 : 15, evenly distributed among all physicians. Onsite laboratory and radiology services enhance efficiency, while additional support is provided by a Clinical Pharmacist and RN. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, promising a dynamic and rewarding clinical experience.
