Global Technical Support Specialist

Your Tasks :

The Technical Support Specialist provides advanced technical expertise of the MACS portfolio in response to inquiries from global customers, local Miltenyi offices and distributors. Responsibility includes working closely with local offices and Germany for purposes of training and product development activities.

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.This job is performed in a temperature controlled, handicap-accessible facility without exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures. Generally, this job is performed in an office environment. This job also requires the person to be mobile to visit customer sites, vendor shows, and demonstrations. Due to the travel requirements, this position may be exposed to natural elements of nature. Used research / clinical equipment may be handled in this job and strict SOPs and PPE must be worn. All persons performing this job will receive appropriate training prior to engaging in work requiring PPE or SOP procedures.

The anticipated base salary range has been established at $ 90,720 - $136,080 / year. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialization, skills, abilities, and training. The above salary range represents the Companys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition to your salary, the Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, plus a 401(k) plan. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses or commissions.
