The Effector RF Design Department is seeking talented engineers with the skills and passion to work on complex projects that shape antenna, radome, and antenna measurement system technology within the Company. This is an entry-level Electrical Engineer position for an individual with educational experience and / or professional interest in the application of technical antenna principles, concepts, and techniques. A successful candidate is one with the skillset and passion required to solve complex engineering problems, properly apply engineering tools and processes, and leverage knowledge from previous coursework and projects.

This position is in Tucson, AZ and is an on-site role.

What You Will Do

• Development of antenna or radome hardware and requirements.
• Working with interdisciplinary engineering teams including thermal, structural, mechanical, systems, etc.
• Working with antenna manufacturing suppliers.
• Antenna modeling and simulation execution on workstations and high performance computing resources (HPC)
• Interpret simulation or measurement test data to verify performance to requirements.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
