We are seeking an organized, customer-focused Appointment Coordinator to join our Service Department and help ensure a seamless experience from scheduling to service completion.
Position Summary :
The Appointment Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for our Lincoln Service clients. This role is responsible for managing inbound service calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting customers with service inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
Answer incoming calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding vehicle service.
Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently using dealership software and programs.
Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up with customers as needed.
Coordinate with service advisors to ensure a smooth transition and positive customer experience.
Update and maintain accurate customer information and service records.
Assist with customer reminders and follow-up communications via phone, text, or email.
Support the Service Department with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications :
Prior experience in an automotive dealership or call center environment preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional phone etiquette and customer service mindset.
Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CDK or similar dealership software a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
