Estimated Weekly Salary : $2560 - $2750

Call Requirements : Yes, minimum 12 days / month (to be discussed with director)

Unit Size : 5-6 beds

Patient Ratio : 1 : 1

Electronic Health Record : Meditech

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active RN license (Arkansas or compact state preferred)

Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab nursing experience

Current ACLS and PALS certifications required

Proficiency with standard patient care equipment (vital signs, airway management, IV pumps)

Ability to float to pre-op holding room as needed

Strong professionalism and adaptability to care for all age groups

Cath Lab RN Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures

Monitor and assess patient status before, during, and after cardiac procedures

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Meditech EHR

Respond promptly to emergencies and participate in on-call rotations as required

Support pre-operative patient care in the holding room as needed

Uphold hospital standards and dress code (scrubs provided)
