Position Overview :
We are looking for two energetic and proactive Business Development & Field Branding Associates to join our growing team in New Jersey.
The ideal candidates will play a key role in identifying branding opportunities, supporting on-ground branding activities, and collaborating with the marketing team to execute campaigns and brand visibility initiatives across local events and business spaces.
Key Responsibilities :
- Visit and explore local events, expos, trade shows, and business gatherings to identify potential branding opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute on-ground activations, stalls, and brand promotion activities.
- Assist in office branding setups, installations, and event coordination with vendors or marketing partners.
- Build relationships with event organizers, local business communities, and potential collaborators to expand brand presence.
- Collect field insights, leads, and feedback from events and report them to the marketing and business development teams.
- Ensure smooth logistics, coordination, and setup for marketing campaigns in different venues.
- Represent the company professionally in all field interactions, maintaining a strong and positive brand image.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).1–3 years of experience in business development, field branding, or event coordination.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable working in the field environment.Good understanding of local market and event dynamics in New Jersey.Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as required.
