Patient Relations Coordinator

Work Schedule :

This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This position is a hybrid position with on-site training and one day per month in the office.

We are seeking a Patient Relations Coordinator to :

• Provide assistance and support as needed with patients, families, and staff that are in contact with the Patient Relations department.
• Investigate patient complaints and grievances in ambulatory and inpatient settings to improve the patient and family experience.
