Position Overview

The Preconstruction Manager will oversee the planning and development phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring that all aspects of project estimation, design, and scheduling align with the client's vision and project specifications. This role focuses on delivering high-quality preconstruction services for various sectors, including K-12 education, multifamily ground up projects, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preconstruction process, including cost estimation, budgeting, and scheduling for commercial construction projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and specifications.
• Prepare detailed estimates and proposals using industry-standard software such as Bluebeam and Procore.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to inform project planning and decision-making.
• Manage and coordinate the preconstruction team to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the preconstruction phase.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior estimators and preconstruction staff.
