Trash Technician

We are hiring immediately for a full time Trash Technician position.

Address : Ascension St Elizabeth Hospital - 1506 South Oneida Street, Appleton, WI 54915. Note : online applications accepted only.

Schedule : Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm; rotating weekends. More details upon interview.

Requirement : Previous healthcare experience is a plus.

Perks : $1.00 shift differential for weekends and paid time off!

Pay Range : $16.00 per hour to $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary : Collects, transports, and properly disposes of trash and bio-hazardous materials following established safety protocols.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Identifies, transports, and disposes of trash, chemicals, and bio-hazardous materials using proper safety procedures.
• Performs cleaning functions as assigned; properly operates cleaning equipment as designated.
• Recognizes safety hazards and acts accordingly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
