The Speech Therapist plans and provides for clients who have speech and language problems under the direction of their physician with participation by the family, nurse or other responsible person as necessary. All functions are performed in accordance with the Plan of Care and the company's policies and procedures. The Speech Therapist reports directly to the Clinical Supervisor.

SCHEDULE

• This is a part time position that offers a flexible schedule during office hours Monday - Friday.
• This position will require you to travel to client's homes to provide 1 : 1 client care that may take 1-3 hours per client.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

PHYSICAL / ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

Light to Medium. Must be adaptable to a variety of environments and community settings. Must be able to drive or use public transportation in all types of weather.

Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for light work.

QUALIFICATIONS

Adara Home Health, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $65 - $75 per visit. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
