Director of Nursing (DON) Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence in patient care.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
• Collaborate with other department heads to coordinate and enhance patient care services.

Director of Nursing (DON) Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Ohio.
• Proven experience in nursing leadership and management, preferably in a long-term care setting.
