ROLE DESCRIPTION :
As an Office Manager for Elvin Taylor State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
This is a leadership / sales role. The ideal candidate will be able to meet and exceed sales goals, lead by example in all facets of the business, and lead others to successfully meet / exceed sales goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead by example in all facets of the business including, but not limited to production, activity, and ethics.Successfully lead others to meet and exceed their sales goals.Maintain a positive and professional attitude in representing our brand, both in and out of the office.Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.Aid in driving a winning culture. Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.P&C licensing preferred (Life and Health may be obtained post hire).Experience managing client relationships is preferred.A positive / professional attitude.Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.Dedicated to customer excellence.Coachable and willing to learn.Able to effectively relate to customer needsAbility to work closely with the Director of Business Development to lead the Agency to surpass sales goals.
