RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :

• Picking / packaging product
• MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT AT LEAST 50 LBS
• Print off courier labels and place on shipments
• Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities
• Communicate any operational / inventory issues to the Lead
• Inventory inspections
• Maintain standards for customer service and quality control
• Identify problems in the operations process and resolve them in a quick and timely manner.
• Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations and compliance
• Maintain clear and accurate operations documents / procedures for reference purposes
• Relocate completed or defective products or materials to their designated areas, and completes appropriate documentation for inventory control
• Maintains work area in a clean and orderly condition
• Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
• Assists with training new and temporary personnel
• Any additional assigned by the Operations Manager
