Customer Support Specialist

Customer Service Representatives primarily receive inbound calls and emails from consumers and lenders for assistance with their title insurance and settlement service transactions. Customer Service Representatives are problem solvers with good negotiation skills who are self-driven and motivated to meet individual service goals. This position is a remote role and will operate on Pacific Standard Time.

Compensation : $75,000 - $95,000

Responsibilities :

• Responds promptly to customer needs, and solicits customer feedback to improve service.
• Ability to de-escalate customer concerns and complaints by actively listening to the customer and providing solutions to resolve the matter.
• Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
• Multi-tasks by way of navigating multiple computer applications, while actively listening and speaking to customers and documenting our title and settlement file in our workflow system.
• Demonstrates accuracy, attention to detail, and thoroughness.
• Look for ways to improve and promote quality.
• Escalates items to the appropriate manager or department.
• Able to review and thoroughly understand title insurance files.
• Familiar with title and settlement services processes.
• Maintains confidentiality, and listens to others without interrupting.
• Maintain multiple email boxes.
• Handle high email and call volume.
