    • What Youll Do

  • Lead the planning, budgeting, and development of design projects
  • Meet clients to discuss ideas, materials, and scope of work
  • Design and create renderings for remodels and insurance restoration projects
  • Coordinate with vendors (cabinets, countertops, fixtures) and manage product selections
  • Visit job sites to measure, verify details, and ensure designs match project needs
  • Review estimates, renderings, and deliveries for accuracy and completeness

    • What Were Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in construction, remodeling, or design
  • Proficiency with Chief Architect (or similar 3D design software)
  • Strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, and materials selection
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Xactimate knowledge or certification is a plus
  • Clean background and valid drivers license

    • Bonus Points If You :

  • Have experience working in insurance restoration or residential remodeling
  • Enjoy both the creative and technical sides of design
  • Are self-motivated and thrive in an environment where every day is different

    • Please Note : This is not a remote position . The role requires you to be in-office at the start and end of each day , with site visits throughout .
