Job Description

The Vice President of Sales and Site Leader is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives while also overseeing the operations and performance of HUSA site location. This role position demands a combination of strong sales acumen, leadership abilities and operational expertise. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams, as well as experience in operations / site management.

Qualification

  • Bachelors Degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field
  • MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in sales leadership including at least 5 years in a Sr. Management role.
  • Proven experience in Site or Operational Management
  • Strong understanding of operational / sales processes (SOP), strategie and technologies (e.g. CRM software)
  • Ability to think stragetically and executate tactically / operationally
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data driven decisions
