Senior Tax Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Tax.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing tax strategies and identifying tax-saving opportunities

Oversee preparation and filing of all tax returns and manage tax audits

Implement tax technology solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MST or JD / LLM preferred

CPA designation strongly preferred

8+ years of progressive tax experience, preferably in a SaaS company

Deep understanding of U.S. federal and state corporate income tax laws

Strong knowledge of international tax principles and ASC 740
