MedCare Pediatric has been a trusted provider of pediatric therapy services for over 30 years. We specialize in delivering compassionate centered care to children through physical, occupational, speech therapy, and ABA services. Our mission is to empower children and families with personalized, high-quality support that promotes independence, growth, and overall well-being.
We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Coordinator to support the delivery of ABA therapy to pediatric clients. The Client Services Coordinator will manage scheduling and case management, to ensure smooth operations within our ABA center. This role involves ongoing communication with families, therapists, and staff to facilitate efficient service delivery and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Client Services Coordinator Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, healthcare administration, or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in client services, healthcare, or an ABA therapy setting required
- Prior RBT experience is a plus
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Compassionate, professional, and client-centered demeanor
- Proficiency in scheduling systems and Microsoft Office / Google
Client Services Coordinator Responsibilities :
Coordinate client onboarding and intake : Serve as the first point of contact for families, collect documentation, verify insurance, schedule assessments and consultations, and maintain accurate client records.Manage scheduling operations : Create and maintain therapy schedules, communicate updates to families and staff, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure optimal coverage and client care.Provide family communication and support : Act as a trusted liaison for families, addressing questions and concerns with empathy while ensuring timely updates on services, reauthorizations, and progress.Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams : Work closely with the Clinical Director, BCBAs, and leadership to ensure smooth transitions, effective coordination, and a positive clinic culture.Ensure compliance and administrative excellence : Maintain confidentiality, uphold company policies, follow Medicaid and state regulations, and support leadership with reports and process improvements.Client Services Coordinator Benefits :
